In terms of utility, the application generates staff evaluations whose analysis is useful for various categories of employees:

• Sales Consultants: they will constantly improve their knowledge about the sales process, about the company’s and competition’s products with positive results on personal performance. Through rigorous testing the sales consultants will be motivated to permanently revise their knowledge and thus better retain important elements required in the sales activity

• Sales management: assesses the knowledge of their own consultants and their evolution over time, without effort and without resorting to other resources

• Management of territorial representation: evaluates consultants’ and/or dealerships’ knowledge nationwide, according to a unitary system of reference

• Company management and the training providers: evaluates the degree of absorption of information on courses or course sections, can make corrections to the curriculum of the delivered training packages and can configure the necessary courses

To stimulate the learning process of company personnel we could organize national competitions to check knowledge on a particular topic.
